Water Restoration Technician & Floor Cleaning Operator

This is a full-time position offering hourly pay of $18.00 to $24.00, with performance-based raises and opportunities every six months.

Job Summary:

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring homes and businesses, providing timely and effective services to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role requires flexibility to be "on-call" 24/7, as we provide emergency response services to our customers.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Skills:
- Basic math skills for equipment use.
- Proficiency in computer and mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Perform services such as:
- Carpet and floor cleaning.
- Water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration.
- Odor remediation and crime scene cleanup.
Daily Schedule:
- Report to the shop between 7 AM and 8 AM.
- Travel to restoration or cleaning jobs.
- Conduct pre- and post-job equipment and vehicle maintenance.
Maintain company vehicles and inventory.
Represent the company professionally in appearance, behavior, and communication.
Document work and complete daily logs.
Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure project completion.
MUST BE ABLE TO BE "ON CALL" 24/7 SINCE WE ARE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
